Sky Zone opened in Wallingford in 2014, but closed permanently last year.

The property is located at 805 North Colony Rd. Wallingford was originally listed by Sentry Commercial for $1.3 million earlier this year. According to listing information, this 25,316 square foot industrial facility covers an area of ​​1.65 acres with a ceiling height of 20 feet.
